Ugh!!! Rules are getting on my nerves! I don’t want to do it. And now I just want to lay on the floor and kick and scream and cry, like a 2 year old!!!
Sooooo….that was me on Friday. At work. In the office. With my boss.
I’m not usually like that. In fact at that extent it’s pretty rare. Good thing I have a boss that lets us vent when we need to. And she is so supportive when we need it. And not just about work stuff.
Here is my point though. It’s okay to feel pissed off or scared or whatever you’re feeling. In fact, Allow it. Maybe by yourself so you don’t piss anyone else off or say something you’re going to later regret. Or find someone that you can just vent to.
We are all going to have our moments. And when we’re done kicking & screaming, take a deep breath to remember this moment you are in right now.
You have everything you need.
You are safe.
You are loved.
And You Will Figure Things Out.
