Whether it’s sharing tools for self-discovery and exploration through my blog and workbooks, facilitating workshops or classes, or through working with me 1 on 1- I just want to help you live the deep, Soul Connected, Heart-Centered life that you are meant to live so that you will feel fulfilled within yourself, your relationships, and be able to authentically share your True Essence with the rest of the world.

I use a combination of Danielle LaPorte’s Heart Centered Facilitator tools with esoteric tools like tarot, astrology, human design, and gene keys; as well as my own intuition and inner guidance (from my Higher Self to your Higher Self) to guide you.
