Soul Obsessed Post What if it’s all perfect

What if it’s all perfect

What if the world isn’t fucked up?

What if everything is in perfect harmony and flow?

I listen to a lot of Abraham Hicks who talks about the world has contrast so we can observe things that we don’t like in order to know what we do like and vice versa.

Take that in for a moment… it is God’s intention for us to observe and experience contrast. That means things we like and things we don’t like.

As I was listening to Joe Rogan’s podcast interview with Russell Brand, it started off with Russell saying how messed up things are right now. But I began asking what if it’s not messed up? What if things are exactly how they should be?

If we are here to experience and learn lessons then we need the bad stuff too.

For example, I live in the country and many people dump their pets. We find stray dogs all of the time. I’m an animal lover so it breaks my heart seeing these animals with no homes and struggling for food and them not having someone to love on them. In my perspective, because I observe this it causes me to love and appreciate my own dogs more. It causes me to reach out and help those animals, and to make donations to shelters or other facilities that house these types of animals.

Another example- One of my brothers had an auto-immune disease which caused him to be sick and have pain in his body a lot. Because of that he never really made friends, didn’t go out, and just didn’t do a lot. Sometimes if he wasn’t feeling too bad I’d make him tag along with me and my friends. I loved seeing him have a good time. It’s as if he’d let go of being sick and just be. My brother has since passed but experiencing that with him has caused me to volunteer at a place that hosts movie nights, fall festivals, and other fun stuff for people with cancer.

When I observe things I consider horrible, I pray. I fully trust that the Universe will take care of it. Sometimes it’s not as fast as I’d like the change to be but I trust it will get better for all involved. And sometimes I have to remind myself that what I am considering as horrible may actually be a blessing for whomever is experiencing it. They may need to go through that so they can find their own strength or their own moment of clarity.

So maybe we should stop saying how bad things are and appreciate the perfection of it all. Let what we don’t like push us to extend our love and to help others. And let’s do it without hate and anger.

I understand there are people who do horrible things, like Ted Bundy. I’m not saying he didn’t need to be arrested nor am I against him receiving the death penalty. What I am saying is let’s serve justice with love in our hearts. Let’s pray for him. Let’s pray for the women who were taken by him. And let’s pray and send love to the families of those women. And if you’re moved by what has happened, take action to help others in similar situations.

There is so much more I could say about this, but I think you get it. Or at least I hope you do.

Think about experiences you’ve had, good and bad, and leave a comment about how those experiences have pushed you to into taking action to help get yourself in a better situation or has pushed you to take action in helping others.

Thank you so much for reading. I wish you peace, love, and happiness. Always.
